The questions we get most. If you ask something that isn't here, we'll add it.
Faces first. If you passed someone on a jobsite this morning and didn't catch their name, this is the page for that.
Four pillars, and what each one is actually asking for. This is the plan the whole company is working to.
The Yingst story can be told in two parts. Over 50 years ago Richard Yingst began Yingst Homes and managed to steward it through housing bubbles, market collapses and several recessions. Through it all, Yingst Homes has leaned on our stellar reputation for craftsmanship and quality-built homes.
But when one chapter ends, another can begin and in 2025 Yingst Homes was acquired by Mike, Thom and Alex. While the name was tweaked to Yingst Building Group to reflect our umbrella of services (new home construction, On-Your-Land, remodeling, commercial), we honor Richard's legacy and proudly carry it forward under the Yingst banner. Some things will never change; we take pride in the quality of the homes we build and we earn our customer's trust each and every day. On behalf of Mike, Thom and Alex we look forward to writing the chapter of the next 50 years of this great company.
